Meltblown filter cartidges are tubular fiter cartridges made of non-toxic, odoress PP particles after heating, meling, spinning, drawing and forming. if the raw material is mainly PP, it is caed as Pp melt blown fiter cartridge. Melt blown fiter cartridge are not only used in large quantities for water purfication, but also have excellent chemical compaiblity suitable for the fitration of strong acids, strong bases and organic soivents. it has great dit holding capacly, long service ie and low production cost, in addition, melt blown fiter cartidges are hioh qualty and are avalalble at an alfordable price. Main Features PP
* High filtration efficiency, accurate filter rating, uniform filter cartridge pores. Up to 85% filtration efficiency.
* Low filtration resistance, high flow, high dirt holding capacity and long service life. Durng the production process, the fiber diameter and gap are adiustable. The filter carridge pore is small in inner lavers and large in outer lavers, which enhances its fiow and dirt holding capacity and makes the filter cartridge is not easily clogged, thereby extending its service life.
* High cleanness, no polution to water quality, great resistant to acids, bases, organic solvents and corrosion.
* High strength. When the diferential pressure between the filter inlet and outlet exceeds 0.4 MPa, the filter cartridge will not defom; when the temperature is greater than 90 °C, the filtration efficiency will be significantly reduced.
* it has high hydrophilcity after PP treatment and can absorb 10 times the weight of water, so it can be used in oil and water separalion applications.
