Features related to disinfection

 
  • Good thermal stability: Heat - disinfectable reverse osmosis membranes can withstand high temperatures. Generally, they can operate at around 80°C or even higher for a short period and can be routinely heat - disinfected at approximately 60°C without significantly damaging the membrane's structure and performance, ensuring the integrity and separation performance of the membrane during the heat - disinfection process.
  • Efficient and convenient disinfection: By using hot water or steam for disinfection, compared with chemical disinfection methods, there is no need to use chemical agents, thus avoiding the impact of chemical residues on water quality and the membrane elements themselves. Meanwhile, it can quickly and effectively kill bacteria, microorganisms, etc. on the membrane surface and inside, greatly reducing the risk of microbial contamination, improving the disinfection effect and efficiency, and ensuring the quality of the produced water.
